The NNPC Seplat YEP Program is aimed at developing participants’ leadership skills, social entrepreneurship, and business management abilities.
Participants get hands-on training, and their dreams are supported through equipment funding and mentoring.

About NNPC Seplat Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP)
The Nigeria National Petroleum Commission (NNPC) Limited in partnership with Seplat Energy, is pleased its annual Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) to young Nigerians.
The NNPC Seplat Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) is a comprehensive capacity-building programme equipping young people with the skills to design, install and maintain solar and mini-grid systems, delivering reliable electricity to communities and expanding access to power in underserved areas.
Since inception in 2024, the NNPC Seplat YEP Program has trained 129 persons from all across Nigeria.

Eligible Requirements NNPC Seplat YEP 2026
To be eligible for the NNPC Seplat Youth Entrepreneurship Program 2026, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
